DURING LEVEL 3.2

When can we shop in store again?

We are operating on a one in, one out policy currently. This is due to social distancing requirements from the government. We also request that you wear your mask (unless you have an exemption) and only one person from each household comes to shop in-store. 

How do I order during level 3.2?

You are able to order online through our website. If you are having any issues please do not hesitate to contact us on our Contact Form. Alternatively, send an email through to hello@swop.nz or phone 0279677467. Please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you. 

What days/times are you open during Level 3.2?

We are open Tuesday - Friday, 12pm - 4pm and Saturday, 12pm - 3pm. We are online 24/7 but orders will be fulfilled Tuesday - Saturday. All orders are cut off at 9am on the day of delivery/pick up. You will receive a text or email once your order is ready to be collected. 

How do I shop with my own jars?

During Level 3.2 we are able to accept your reusable containers and jars. You are welcome to pop a note at checkout and then will need to drop your jars at the shop. Any other orders will be fulfilled with home compostable paper bags and paper tape. Any liquids without a container will be provided in clean reused jars from our shop.

Is everything you have in store on your website?

Currently yes, however if you think we are missing something feel free to send any suggestions our way! 

Where are you delivering to in Level 2?

We are delivering to postcodes 3225, 3295 and 3800 (Te Awamutu) during Level 3.2.

Is there a minimum order on deliveries?

Deliveries have a minimum of $30 spend and will be charged $5. However if you spend over $70, delivery will be free.  

How long will it take for my order to be delivered once placed on line?

Deliveries are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Delivery time closes at 9am on those days so for example if you place an order on a Monday, your delivery will be the following day (Tuesday). 

What’s the minimum time to pickup my order after ordering on line?

You will receive a text or email when your order has been packed and ready to pick up. Orders are fulfilled in the order that we receive them but most orders should be ready to be picked up after 12pm on the day they are being packed. If you have any queries or specific time restraints, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Can I drop my jars down to the shop for you to fill?

Absolutely! Please drop them down either labelled or with a list. We are super happy to do this for you but please note this will be ready to pick up the next day. This allows us the time to serve customers in-store, fulfil online orders and maintain our cleaning to a high standard throughout the day. We will send you a text when your order is ready to be collected again.

Contactless pickup

Order online using our website. If you are having trouble, we are available via phone or email also.  

Your order will be ready to collect our next pick up day.

When picking up

  • Please ensure you are wearing your mask.
  • You must sign in using our QR code tracker. This is mandatory due to regulations.
  • There will be a table at the front door with your order. 
  • Remember please be kind and stay 2m away from other customers. 

 

Delivery

Order online at our website or over the phone/via email if you are having trouble. 

Your order will be delivered on our next delivery day via contactless delivery.

Please write on your order a safe place to leave your delivery. 

For delivery, orders must be over $30 and incur a $5 delivery fee. Any orders over $70 will be delivered for free.
